RemotEAR is a tele-audiology licensing, service and implementation business acquired from Otovation in September, 2015. As the first and only company to specialize in telediagnostics for the hearing care industry, RemotEAR offers a unique combination of expertise in tele-audiology as well as a service model for quick and easy implementation.

RemotEAR holds a family of patents for tele-audiology that were developed at East Carolina University beginning in the late 1990’s and comprise a best practices model of delivery for remote hearing care diagnostics.  We offer licensing for companies and institutions wishing to implement tele-diagnostics for audiology, including audiometry, tympanometry and OAE (Otoacoustic Emissions).
